1. General
1.1. This page and all pages that refer to Amiko & Friends’ (Amiko & Friends) general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply when you as a consumer (“you”) place an order via amikoandfriends.wetail.dev and associated pages (the “Website”). An agreement is reached between you and Amiko & Friends, registered under Amiko & Friends AB, 559203-5579. Detailed contact information and other information about Amiko & Friends can be found on the website. By using the website, you indicate that you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept or agree with the terms, please discontinue using the site.

1.2. Amiko & Friends reserves the right to handle out-of-stock items, as well as any image and writing errors on the Site, such as errors in product description or technical specifications, incorrect prices and price adjustments (e.g., changed prices from suppliers or currency fluctuations), or incorrect information regarding item availability. Amiko & Friends has the right to correct such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been stated for an item that you have ordered, Amiko & Friends will notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before proceeding with the order. All images on the Site should be viewed purely as illustrations. Such illustrations cannot guarantee the exact quantity, appearance, features, or origin of the goods you receive. Amiko & Friends is not responsible for information on the Site that originates from a third party.

1.3. The website, along with all its content, is owned by Amiko & Friends or its licensors. The information is protected by intellectual property and market laws, among others. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout, and information about goods, services, and other content may not be copied or used without written approval from Amiko & Friends.

1.4. To be eligible for invoice or installment payment as a payment method, you must be at least 18 years old. Amiko & Friends reserves the right to deny or modify your order in individual cases (e.g., if you have provided incorrect personal information or have a history of non-payment).

2. Contract and Order
2.1. To make a purchase via the site, you must accept the General Terms and Conditions. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, you commit to adhere to them in their entirety, along with Amiko & Friends’ Privacy Policy, which governs the use of your personal data.

2.2. A purchase agreement becomes effective only when Amiko & Friends confirms your order, and you receive the order confirmation from Amiko & Friends via email. Amiko & Friends encourages you to save this order confirmation for future reference. You can cancel your order until it has been confirmed by Amiko & Friends. If the order is canceled, Amiko & Friends will refund any payments made by you or your debit or credit card provider for the order.

3. Prices, Fees, and Payment
3.1. Prices are quoted in the local currency and include VAT. The prices do not include any potential payment or shipping charges, which are stated separately during checkout.

3.2. You can pay with Srtipe, Google Pay and Apple Pay using the methods specified on the website. Amiko & Friends has the right to charge you in connection with the order. In the case of invoice payment or installment plans, Amiko & Friends or its partners may conduct a credit check. You will be informed in such cases. Amiko & Friends reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods or to change the payment method if the chosen option is not available at the time of purchase for any reason. 4. Promotions and Offers
4.1. Amiko & Friends may occasionally offer promotions on the website that may have more favorable terms than those indicated by the General Terms and Conditions. These preferential terms apply as long as the promotion is active and for the specific products specified by Amiko & Friends in connection with the promotion. Amiko & Friends reserves the right to revoke such promotions at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, the General Terms and Conditions apply without modification. Offers on specific goods on the website are valid for a limited time and as long as the inventory lasts.

Delivery and Shipping
5.1. Amiko & Friends aims to ship your order within one to two business days from the time you receive your order confirmation. Please note that during special holidays, unexpected events, or depending on product availability, it may take longer.

5.2. You will receive delivery information via email when your order has been dispatched, including an estimated time of delivery.

5.3. The shipping method depends on your country of residence. The cost of shipping depends on the selected shipping method, which you can choose during checkout.

5.4. It is essential to provide correct and complete address information in your order, as it cannot be changed after your purchase has been completed. The customer is solely responsible for any delivery errors resulting from insufficient or incorrect delivery address information provided in the order.

5.5. If the package requires collection, it must be done within the specified timeframe provided in the notification. Packages should typically be collected in person with valid identification and order number. You will receive a notification indicating where and when the package is available for collection. Notifications may be sent via email, regular mail, and, if you have provided a mobile number, also via SMS. Failure to collect the package within the given timeframe may result in a fee of 15 EUR charged by Amiko & Friends.

5.6. Our carriers will make every effort to deliver your order within the promised delivery time. However, delays can sometimes occur. If you have not received your parcel within the promised delivery time, please contact our customer service. If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe and if the delivery time is of significant importance, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge.

5.7. When you place a pre-order along with other in-stock products, the entire order will be shipped on the day the pre-order items arrive in stock. If you want the in-stock items sent immediately instead of waiting for the pre-order, you can place two separate orders – one for the pre-order items and one for the in-stock items.

6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Amiko & Friends offers a 30-day return policy starting from the day you received your order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed. All labels must remain attached to the item.

6.2. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the instructions included in the package or on Amiko & Friends’ website. To ensure proper handling of the return, please complete the return form accurately.

6.3. It is important to retain the receipt for return shipping costs, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse. If you misplace the return form, you can obtain a new one by contacting our customer service.

6.4. Upon returning or exchanging an item, Amiko & Friends will refund the amount you paid for the item, including shipping costs. Exceptions apply to any additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a different delivery method than the standard delivery offered by Amiko & Friends. If you are returning part of an order, the potential delivery cost will not be refunded.

6.5. Amiko & Friends reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the devaluation of the goods compared to their original value if such devaluation is due to excessive handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to determine their properties or function.

6.6. When exercising your right to return, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The goods come with a prepaid return shipping label to be used for returns. Therefore, no return shipping cost will be required at the time of submitting the return package. However, the cost of the return will be regulated by deducting a fee from the refunded amount.

6.7. Amiko & Friends will refund the amount as soon as possible but no later than 14 days from the date we receive your return and send you a return confirmation via email. The refund will be issued using the same payment option you chose when making the purchase unless otherwise agreed upon or if there are any obstacles to such repayment.

Warranty and Complaints
7.1. Some of Amiko & Friends’ products may be covered by a warranty. Information about any warranty and special warranty conditions for each respective product can be found on the website. The warranty for goods only covers original manufacturing defects and does not include errors resulting from the use of the product. Your order confirmation serves as proof of warranty.

7.2. The right to file a complaint covers goods that are not in accordance with consumer protection legislation. If you find that the product is defective upon receipt of your order, you should contact Amiko & Friends as soon as the defect is discovered. You have a 3-year warranty on goods purchased from the Site.

7.3. Amiko & Friends covers the cost of return shipping for approved complaints.

7.4. Once the product has been returned, and the complaint is approved, Amiko & Friends will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Amiko & Friends strives to do this within 30 days of receiving the complaint, but the duration may vary depending on the nature of the product. Amiko & Friends reserves the right to reject a complaint if it is determined that the product is not defective according to consumer protection legislation.

8. Links
8.1. Amiko & Friends may provide links to websites beyond its control, and such websites may also link to Amiko & Friends’ website. While Amiko & Friends endeavors to only engage with websites that comply with its personal data and security regulations under the Privacy Policy, Amiko & Friends is not responsible for the protection or privacy of any personal information you provide on other websites. Exercise caution and review the personal data requirements of the respective website.

9. Force Majeure
9.1. Amiko & Friends is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as general labor conflicts, war, fire, lightning strikes, terrorist attacks, changes in government regulations, technical problems, electricity/telecommunications/data connections, or other communication errors or delays in subcontractor services due to the circumstances mentioned herein. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption from damages and other penalties. In the event that such circumstances occur, Amiko & Friends will inform you both at the beginning and at the end of the time period affected by the situation. If the circumstances persist for longer than two months, both you and Amiko & Friends have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

10. Changes to the Terms
10.1. Amiko & Friends reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time. All changes will be published on the website. The changes take effect upon acceptance of the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting the website) or 30 days after Amiko & Friends has notified you of the changes. However, Amiko & Friends recommends regularly checking the website to stay informed about any changes to the terms.

11. Invalidity
11.1. If a court, authority, or arbitration panel finds that any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, that provision and all other provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law. The provisions deemed invalid or unenforceable will be replaced by legally sound guidance and advice.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. Disputes should primarily be resolved through consensus after discussion with Amiko & Friends’ customer service.

12.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through agreement with Amiko & Friends’ customer service, you, as a customer, can submit complaints directly online via the European Commission’s dispute resolution platform, available at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you submit a complaint through this platform, your case will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate national dispute resolution body. This dispute resolution body will then contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute without resorting to legal proceedings.

12.3. In the event of a dispute, Amiko & Friends will abide by a decision from the dispute resolution body.

12.4. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and shall be settled in accordance with clause 12.2 above or, ultimately, by a general court.
